Oncourage Cancer Care Foundation ("Oncourage", "we", "us") is a registered non-profit organisation and the social support wing of PCC Cancer Care & Research Center, with centres at Vashi, Thane and Panvel, Maharashtra, India.

This policy applies to the website oncourage.care. It does not cover services delivered in person at our centres, or the separate policies of PCC Cancer Care & Research Center.
2. Information we do not collect
Apart from the forms described in section 4 below, which you complete voluntarily, we want to be clear about what this website does not do:
- It does not set cookies or use browser storage
- It does not track you across other websites
- It does not run advertising or advertising trackers
- It does not collect health information, medical records or patient data
- It does not sell, rent or trade any information to anyone, ever
3. Information collected automatically
Like all websites, when your browser loads a page, our hosting provider records basic technical information in server logs. This may include your IP address, browser type, device type, the page requested, and the approximate region the request came from.
We use this only in aggregate — for example, to understand how many people visited in a month, or which cities our visitors come from — so that we can plan awareness activities and improve the site. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we do not attempt to do so.
Our website is served by Netlify, which processes these logs on our behalf. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as a technical necessity of delivering the font files.
4. Information you give us directly
This website has three optional forms: a patient support request, a screening camp registration, and an updates signup. You only provide information if you choose to complete one.
What we ask for: your name, phone number or email, your nearest centre, and a general category of the help you need. We deliberately do not ask for diagnosis details, medical reports, financial documents or identity documents through this website. If we need that information to assess support, we will discuss it with you directly and privately.
Form submissions are delivered to our team through Netlify Forms, our hosting provider's service, and are accessible only to authorised members of our team.
If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to share. If you are seeking patient support, you may choose to share information about your medical situation or financial circumstances. We treat this as confidential and sensitive. It is used only to assess and provide the support you have asked for, shared only with the team members and clinical partners involved in helping you, and never published, sold or used for publicity without your explicit permission.
If you subscribe to updates, we use your contact details only to send occasional news about camps and our work. You can ask us to remove you at any time and we will do so promptly.
WhatsApp messages are delivered through WhatsApp's own service and are subject to WhatsApp's privacy terms. If you would prefer not to use WhatsApp, please call us instead.
5. Donations
Donations made via the UPI QR code on this website are processed entirely by your own UPI application and by our bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank. This website does not see, receive, process or store any payment information — no card numbers, no bank details, no UPI credentials.
If you send us your details in order to receive a donation receipt, we retain your name, the amount, the transaction reference and, where you provide it, your PAN. This is kept for the purpose of issuing receipts and for the accounting and tax records we are required by Indian law to maintain.
6. How long we keep information
Enquiry messages are retained only as long as needed to assist you and to maintain a record of the support provided. Donation and accounting records are retained for the period required under applicable Indian tax and company law. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
7. How we protect information
This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection and applies modern browser security policies. Access to enquiry and donation records is limited to authorised members of our team.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We take reasonable and appropriate measures, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Please note: we will never ask you for your UPI PIN, OTP, card number or bank password. If anyone claiming to represent Oncourage asks for these, it is not us — please contact us immediately on the number above.
8. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and applicable rules, you may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct information that is inaccurate, request deletion where we are not legally required to retain it, or withdraw consent you have previously given.
To make any such request, contact us on +91 93727 66965. We will respond within a reasonable period.
9. Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it. Where we support a young patient, we work through their parent or legal guardian.
10. External links
This site links to WhatsApp and may link to other organisations. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services, and we encourage you to review their policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any revised version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. If we begin collecting information in a materially different way — for example, by adding analytics or a contact form — we will update this policy before doing so.
